Dr. Chapman’s primary areas of focus are cataract refractive surgery, laser cataract surgery and treatment for eye conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, astigmatism, dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts.

Dr. Blehm was among the first in Georgia to perform laser cataract surgery and has taught this technique to surgeons across the country.

A board-certified ophthalmologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Dr. Lebow has done research for both the National Eye Institute in Bethesda, Maryland and Harvard Medical School’s Joslin Diabetes Institute.

Dr. Jeffrey Crowder is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist who specializes in premium cataract surgery.

Pamela S. Martin, M.D., is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in cornea, anterior segment, and refractive surgery. She has contributed to peer-reviewed publications and presented at national conferences on topics including secondary intraocular lenses and conjunctival tumors. Dr. Martin combines her academic background and passion for outreach to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered eye care.

Dr. Ellison’s professional interests include dry eye disease and fitting specialty lenses.

Dr. Sara Cha earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry (UIWRSO). She completed a post-doctoral residency in ocular disease at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta, with clinical externships through Eye Centers of Texas, Lifetime Eyecare and UIWRSO. She is a current member of the Greater Atlanta Optometric Association and Georgia Optometric Association.
